Parent Teacher’s Association

Whitehall School has a busy and thriving association lead by parents to support the school by giving their time and raising money.

The Chair of the PTA has described their role:

‘We are a group of volunteers whose role is to build a supportive social relationship in the school amongst our families, teaching staff and our community. We fundraise directly for the benefit of all the children at Whitehall school’.

The association holds a number of events during the year, allowing them to fund projects such as improvements to the outdoor environment, to buy classroom and play equipment, enhanced computing resources and to subsidise school outings and experiences which all serve to enrich the childrens’ time at school.

The PTA hold a vibrant Christmas Fayre and a fun-packed Summer Fete each year, both of which are great social events for all of the families and friends of Whitehall, raising funds and supporting the school.
